2. All WAP Push Messages will be sent to the consumer's nominated mobile phone number in each case.
3. ashortwalk Ltd is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the mobile phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this services, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this services including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access.
4. ashortwalk Ltd can only guarantee handset compatibility on those listed on their website.
Product Disclosure Statement
This program is distributed without any guarantee of ACCURACY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Ashortwalk Ltd assume no liability for damages arising from use of this program. The mobiletide website, advertising and the application itself state that mobiletide is only intended as a guide to tide times. Do not use this program if anyone or anything could come into harm as a result of an incorrect tide prediction.
Refund Policy
A customer may be entitled to lodge a complaint if the claim does not relate to any of the issues outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Product Disclosure Statement.
The customer must send a statement, describing the problem, the associated phone number, make and model of phone, date of purchase and purchase ID within seven days of purchase to dan@ashortwalk.com.
